Jacqueline Dascal Chariff
Founder & CEO
Co-Founder & Director of Strategy & Finance
Carlos is co-founder leading strategic direction and financial planning for CosmeticPerks. Carlos comes to the team with extensive experience as a banker and investor in disruptive technologies and business models in the areas of; banking; SaaS Tech for SMEs; digital and mobile advertising; energy and environmental services. He has been involved in starting and raising capital for startups as well as growth capital for existing companies. Carlos has founded several of his own companies, including INEO, ORCO, and OIL POWER. He is also a director in ADSMOVIL and Scala and serves as a trusted advisor to the Chairman and Board of Directors to Continental National Bank. Carlos holds a BA from Universidad de Los Andes in Bogotá, Colombia, an MBA with a focus on Corporate Strategy and Economic Policy from the Maastricht School of Management in Maastricht, Holland, and a Specialization in Private Capital Finance from Pepperdine University in Malibu, California.
Director of Strategic Partnerships & Member Acquisition
Amy specializes in building strategic partnerships and discovering unique avenues for collaboration and growth on multiple levels by focusing on cross marketing and engagement opportunities. Prior to CosmeticPerks, Amy spent most of her career in New York working with luxury brands. She developed a program for Sony Corporation of America, Sony Cierge, offering unique access to the company’s products and services. She spearheaded business development and built non-traditional partnerships between like-minded brands including American Express and NetJets. Additionally, she was a Partner and Managing Director at a Purchasing Advisor firm where she developed new and unique transactional programs and accelerated increased member acquisition. Amy earned an Executive MBA at Florida International University and holds a B.A. in advertising and communications with a minor is sociology from the University of Florida.
Director of Logistics & Operations
Jade focuses on the day to day operations of CosmeticPerks. This includes the design and implementation of business strategies, managing team logistics and execution of programs. Her excellent research and organization skills have been an invaluable asset in production and company growth. Jade also works to design and optimize the member experience through education and community engagement, increasing brand awareness, and driving conversions through digital platforms. This includes campaign strategy and implementation, data analysis, and forming influencer partnerships. She joined CosmeticPerks after graduating the University of Miami with a B.S.B.A in Health Sector Management & Policy and Finance.
Martin N. Zaiac, M.D.
Dr. Zaiac is a board-certified dermatologist and the Medical Advisor at CosmeticPerks. He is also the program director of the Department of Dermatology at Mount Sinai Medical Center and the director and co-founder of the Greater Miami Skin & Laser Center. Internationally recognized for providing his patients with high-end, effective, safe, and technologically-advanced solutions in dermatology, Dr. Zaiac is an expert in skin rejuvenation, injectables, skin cancer detection, and hair restoration. Dr. Zaiac obtained his undergraduate degree at the University of Miami and medical degree from the Medical College of Wisconsin. He completed his dermatology residency at Mount Sinai Medical Center in Miami, FL.
Technology & Digital Advisor
Graham is the Director of Technology and Digital Footprint, focusing on strategy, e-commerce, technology, product management, and digital marketing. Also, Graham is a founding Partner and Vice President of Accorin, a full-service e-commerce agency helping B2B and B2C companies acquire, convert, and retain today’s global customers. At CosmeticPerks, he leads the digital strategy and consulting practice, sharing his deep experience defining and managing omni-channel e-commerce programs. Graham began his career with the global management consulting company Accenture, followed by marketing leadership roles in the technology space. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Emory University and an M.B.A. from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
Sarah is the Executive Vice President and Chief Marketing Office of Peter Thomas Roth Skin Care & Naturally Serious Skin. Sarah began her career at Unilever, managing the overall business for Elizabeth Arden and Parfums International in New Zealand for 10 years. Soon after, Sarah became the Vice President of Marketing at Lancome for L’Oreal USA where she managed new product and promotional launches. With all of her early success, Sarah founded the brand, Miracle Skin Transformer – high performance multi-functional skincare and cosmetics products that deliver transformational results. Sarah is a well-seasoned successful professional with 25+ years of career experience in consumer products and luxury markets. Sarah exhibits significant functional marketing experience and a general management business acumen to deliver valuable creations, innovations and financial results. A passionate brand builder and new product innovator, Sarah is highly collaborative in nature, creative, and parades big picture thinking and robust process orientation, resulting in effective corporate objective and P&L targets.
