Jacqueline Dascal Chariff – Founder & CEO
Jackie, a serial entrepreneur with a track-record for establishing new client communities, brings extensive knowledge of consumer targeted digital marketing to the CosmeticPerks team. Her service-oriented, customers-first approach has been the key to successfully onboarding hundreds of thousands of new clients for various brands over the past five years, and her ability to recognize new trends is unparalleled. Jackie brings CosmeticPerks members the insight of managing her own multimillion-dollar, high-growth portfolio of beauty brands. Dascal Chariff is chairman of Continental National Bank and has been instrumental in the 20%+ year over year growth in the institution since taking over in 2013.
Carlos Nieto – Co-Founder & Director of Strategy & Finance
Carlos is co-founder leading strategic direction and financial planning for CosmeticPerks. Carlos comes to the team with extensive experience as a banker and investor in disruptive technologies and business models in the areas of; banking; SaaS Tech for SMEs; digital and mobile advertising; energy and environmental services. He has been involved in starting and raising capital for startups as well as growth capital for existing companies. Carlos has founded several of his own companies, including INEO, ORCO, and OIL POWER. He is also a director in ADSMOVIL and Scala and serves as a trusted advisor to the Chairman and Board of Directors to Continental National Bank. Carlos holds a BA from Universidad de Los Andes in Bogotá, Colombia, an MBA with a focus on Corporate Strategy and Economic Policy from the Maastricht School of Management in Maastricht, Holland, and a Specialization in Private Capital Finance from Pepperdine University in Malibu, California.
Graham Lubie – Director of Technology & Digital Footprint
Graham is the Director of Technology and Digital Footprint, focusing on strategy, e-commerce, technology, product management, and digital marketing. In addition, Graham is a founding Partner and Vice President of Accorin, a full-service e-commerce agency helping B2B and B2C companies acquire, convert, and retain today’s global customers. Here, he leads the digital strategy and consulting practice, sharing his deep experience defining and managing omni-channel e-commerce programs. Graham began his career with the global management consulting company Accenture, followed by marketing leadership roles in the technology space. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Emory University and an M.B.A. from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
Amy Berman – Director of Strategic Partnerships & Member Acquisition
Amy specializes in building strategic partnerships and discovering unique avenues for collaboration and growth on multiple levels by focusing on cross marketing and engagement opportunities. Prior to CosmeticPerks, Amy spent most of her career in New York working with luxury brands. She developed a program for Sony Corporation of America, Sony Cierge, offering unique access to the company’s products and services. She spearheaded business development and built non-traditional partnerships between like-minded brands including American Express and NetJets. Additionally, she was a Partner and Managing Director at a Purchasing Advisor firm where she developed new and unique transactional programs and accelerated increased member acquisition. Amy earned an Executive MBA at Florida International University and holds a B.A. in advertising and communications with a minor is sociology from the University of Florida.
Martin N. Zaiac, M.D. – Medical Advisor
Dr. Zaiac is a board-certified dermatologist and the Medical Advisor at CosmeticPerks. He is also the program director of the Department of Dermatology at Mount Sinai Medical Center and the director and co-founder of the Greater Miami Skin & Laser Center. Internationally recognized for providing his patients with high-end, effective, safe, and technologically-advanced solutions in dermatology, Dr. Zaiac is an expert in skin rejuvenation, injectables, skin cancer detection, and hair restoration. Dr. Zaiac obtained his undergraduate degree at the University of Miami and medical degree from the Medical College of Wisconsin. He completed his dermatology residency at Mount Sinai Medical Center in Miami, FL.
Ivan Pol – Aesthetic Expert
Ivan helps oversee the overall brand experience, bringing attention to the latest aesthetic trends and consumer desires. With over 20 years in the cosmetic and aesthetic industry, Ivan is the trusted skincare expert for top models, celebrities, and influencers. Ivan is the founder of The Beauty Sandwich, a non-invasive skin tightening method tailored towards reducing the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles.
Jade Lubie – Digital Marketing & Social Media
Jade focuses on increasing brand awareness and driving conversions through digital platforms. This includes campaign strategy and implementation, data analysis, and forming influencer partnerships. Jade also works to design and optimize the member experience through education and community engagement. She joined CosmeticPerks after graduating the University of Miami with a B.S.B.A in Health Sector Management & Policy and Finance.
Denise Da Costa Gomez – Provider Relations
Denise works to discover and on-board new providers, as well as maintain existing provider relationships. She focuses on addressing additional market need outside the realm of medical providers – such as beauty, fitness, and wellness studios – to add value to the CosmeticPerks member experience as an all-encompassing beauty and wellness destination. Prior to CosmeticPerks, Denise worked in product marketing at Shiseido Americas Corporation and Travel Retail. She holds a B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA with a focus in finance and marketing from the University of Miami.
Dianna Porro – B2B Sales
Dianna connects with corporate organizations and benefits providers to include CosmeticPerks in their wellness offerings. With eight years of experience in the sales industry, Dianna is skillful in assisting companies increase employee satisfaction and engagement through benefits.
